How to Buy

Everything procurement needs, in one place

Buying fleet electrification software involves more than a product demo. Security, quality, environmental and commercial teams all need to see evidence before a contract is signed.

You can buy FPS services directly or through several public sector frameworks.

Digital integrations

FPS Operate connects to the telematics, transport management, charger network and fuel card systems you already run. Your data stays in one operational view, without a second set of logins.

Carbon Reduction Plan

Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out how FPS measures, reports and reduces the emissions from its own operations. It covers Scope 1, Scope 2 and the required categories of Scope 3, calculated under the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol Corporate Standard, and lists the reduction measures that start in FY2026/27.

The full plan sets out our emissions data, methodology and reduction measures. Read the full Carbon Reduction Plan.
