Delighting our customers is fundamental to our operations.

A key objective of Flexible Power Systems (“FPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is to ensure our customers’ requirements and expectations are consistently met and exceeded, so that we can achieve our own strategic goals and ambitions.

1. Our commitments

1.1. Commitments made by the Directors

The Directors of FPS are committed to the following:

  • Establishing measurable quality and business objectives that are consistent with our context and strategic direction, and that address the risks and opportunities associated with them.
  • Ensuring quality objectives help us achieve customer requirements.
  • Proactively seeking feedback from customers on how well our products and services meet their requirements, and setting objectives for continual improvement.
  • Analysing the causes of any complaint or problem and taking action to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensuring we comply with all applicable legal, contractual and other requirements.
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of business processes and objectives through internal audit and management review processes.

1.2. How we meet these commitments

FPS will meet these commitments by:

  • Maintaining a Quality Management System (“QMS”) that is certified by a UKAS-accredited Certification Body as compliant with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Selecting and working closely with suppliers who help us create and deliver reliable performance.
  • Supporting staff to identify and undertake appropriate training as part of the continued development of the competency of all staff.
  • Encouraging all staff to identify problems and make suggestions to improve all aspects of our services and business processes.
  • Ensuring all our staff are aware of the Quality Policy and are committed to the effective maintenance of the QMS.
  • Ensuring the impacts of climate change on our operations are assessed and acted upon as appropriate, and minimising the impacts on climate change resulting from our activities, to help protect the environment.
